It is a fast paced environment that requires the ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining your focus daily to ensure nothing slips through the cracks so to speak. What I enjoy most is that no two days are exactly the same. The challenges my job presents are what keeps the job refreshing. Always seeking to be better, to do better, all for our hospital partners and the employees working at our 30+ branches to always seek a faster, more effective way to distribute life saving equipment to those who need it. I have only been at USME for 10 months, but within those 10 months this has really been a great experience. I have gained a lot of experience in the medical equipment industry. In my lifetime I have worked for several companies, including a company in the medical equipment field and this has given me a true perspective of what it is like to work for a company that really cares about its employees. In my 10 months I have made some really great friends which I will cherish for the rest of my life. While working at USME I have been afforded the opportunity to travel to multiple cities and work around some really great people. You put in a lot of hours as a CSR, but you are compensated well for those long days. It really makes you feel good when you walk into a medical facility and the people are genuinely excited to see you and they often express their gratitude for your service. The customers and the company make you feel important. In only 10 short months I can truly say that USME is the best company I have ever worked for. Hands Down!

Each day I am greeted by smiling faces by a group of coworkers who are constantly striving to be better than the day before. My job requires me to interact with multiple departments and work at a fast pace everyday. It is definitely not just a desk job. At the end of the day, you feel a sense of accomplishment from what you've completed and your days at work go by quickly as you are presented with new challenges and goals to figure out and resolve in a timely fashion. It is definitely a team first type of company. You are never left out there on your own trying to solve problems you may encounter. There is a great support system in place to help problem solve, train, and educate. There is a tremendous opportunity for professional growth as the company continues to expand, and it's a job you can take great pride in knowing that you are helping to make a difference. The owners and upper management are always available for any questions or concerns, and the company itself is great with recognizing its employees with monthly employee of the month awards as well as yearly employee of the year awards.
