One such value-added service provided to all USME hospital partners is our complimentary mySMARTS customer portal and app. With mySMARTS, our partners have the ability to safely purchase or rent medical equipment, schedule pick-ups, and view reports online, with zero physical contact. If they feel more comfortable talking to someone for medical equipment rentals or need a quote, USME has a toll-free 877 dispatch number, available 24/7, 365 days per year.
If they have questions or need assistance with their orders, they can contact their dedicated business development representative via phone, email, or video chat conference.
