USME Employee Satisfaction

USME strives to provide an engaging, supportive, and communicative work environment for its employees. The “Stand Out Engagement Survey” conducted quarterly is one way USME ensures that each employee has a voice about their work environment, engagement level, career path, and satisfaction. In addition to the quarterly “Stand Out Engagement Survey” employees are asked to engage in weekly online “check-ins” with their supervisor to ensure communication flows freely. For 2019, USME employees scored an “A” for total engagement based on their survey answers, comparatively higher than the healthcare industry average. USME was also named a Houston Chronicle Top Workplace in 2019 and 2020.
